As you have likely heard, Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon was indicted this past week on 12 counts of perjury and theft.
Charges claim that when she filed important financial disclosure forms, she failed to list many valuable gifts given to her by her then-boyfriend, developer Ronald Lipscomb. Lipscomb was charged with bribery earlier.
