If it wasn't for Corey's blog last March(08), I probably would have been clueless with a lot of things that come with rehabbing a house. I would also have to agree with Corey that you should live in your house for awhile before starting. That's what I get for being impatient. You learn a wealth of knowledge from others that have been in your position and if it wasn't for these kind of blogs, my house would never get done (not that it will get done anytime in the near future), or done correctly.
