I've been scouring the internet trying to find fellow Baltimore rehabbers, since I'm just starting my process and blogging about it as well - I love getting ideas from other people! Great job with this website!

What a great interview...I only wish I had stumbled upon this article a year ago when I closed on my house.
If it wasn't for Corey's blog last March(08), I probably would have been clueless with a lot of things that come with rehabbing a house. I would also have to agree with Corey that you should live in your house for awhile before starting. That's what I get for being impatient.

Great interview and I definately agree with the comments Corey made at the bottom.

You learn a wealth of knowledge from others that have been in your position and if it wasn't for these kind of blogs, my house would never get done (not that it will get done anytime in the near future), or done correctly.

Thanks for the interview!

The link to my site is a bit off, so here is a better link. Also, if you are thinking about renovating a rowhouse take a look at Philadelphia's Rowhouse Manual.
