Urban Discoveries Baltimore

I shot this photo from the sidewalk near the intersection of Conkling and O’Donnell streets. I looked up and the juxtaposition of circular shapes caught my eye. Art and design are all throughout the natural and man-made worlds, if we can open ourselves to seeing it. I find Baltimore a good place to look.
